Court transcripts are prepared in a standard format set by the Attorney-General. Proceedings transcripts (including evidence and submissions) contain 47-lines on each page. Formal reasons for judgment and rulings are prepared in separate double-spaced transcripts that must be submitted to the judge or justice for approval. Rates for all transcripts are charged by the page. All transcripts must include a frontispiece that contains pertinent information from the registry file.
